Hello, I’m Kimberley Tingley. After 28 years with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), I am now a Level 2 licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario with over five years of experience in mortgage origination, client consultation, and financial analysis. I work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, credit profile, and assets, recommending tailored mortgage solutions such as fixed and variable-rate products. I manage the full application process, ensure compliance, and negotiate competitive terms with lenders including Scotiabank, TD, and BMO. In addition, my experience as a Rooming House Manager since 2021 has strengthened my ability to support clients with diverse needs through empathy, structure, and clear communication. I hold an Honours BA in Sociology from York University, an Accounting Certificate from Sheridan College, and an upgraded Mortgage Agent Certification (2024). I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work, combining financial expertise with a strong understanding of people to deliver thoughtful, personalized mortgage solutions.
